Frequently Asked Questions
Q – Do you have a SkillBridge program (Military Transition Program)?
A – Unfortunately, at this time, we do not have any SkillBridge availability. The United States Marshals Service (USMS) is still in its "pilot" stage for the SkillBridge program. As per the SkillBridge requirement, we had to become an "approved" agency to participate. With that being said, although we are an approved agency, our SkillBridge program is still pending lessons learned, Standard Operating Procedures, and Leadership approval for future program activities and applicants.
We encourage military members to contact us back in Fall 23. Any other questions regarding military transition programs, should be addressed to your military Transition/TAPS (Transition Assistance Program) officer.
Q – What about job opportunities for graduating students?
A – If you are interested in a Pathways Recent Graduate position, similar, or any other positions, please see our other careers section for your career path.
Q – Does the U.S. Marshals Service hire Air Marshals? If so, what is the process?
A – No. Air Marshals are hired by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
