Charleston, WV - Members of the Southern District of West Virginia U.S. Marshals CUFFED Task Force (Cops United Felony Fugitive Enforcement Division) today arrested a man wanted by authorities in Ohio for felonious assault in reference to a September 2024 shooting at an Akron Waffle House.

Cleveland, OH – The U.S. Marshals Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF) arrested David Wayne Garner (40) for aggravated murder. Garner was wanted by the East Cleveland Police Department after a shooting that took place on January 20, 2025, in the 1700 block of Shaw Ave. in East Cleveland. 

San Antonio, TX – The U.S. Marshals-led Lone Star Fugitive Task Force apprehended a fugitive sought by the Bexar County District Attorney’s Office on 11 charges of possession of child pornography. Gregory Roth, 67, was apprehended in Belize after fleeing the United States to evade criminal prosecution.

Cobb County, GA – In a coordinated effort by the U.S. Marshal Service (USMS) Southeast Regional Task Force (SERFTF), USMS Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and the Chicago Police Department, Ricardo Gonzales, age 32, was arrested on March 20, 2025, at a residence in Cobb County, Georgia.

Newark, NJ – The U.S. Marshals Service has concluded a month-long enforcement initiative focusing on the location and arrest of non-compliant sex offenders with active warrants for failure to register.

Newark, NJ – Throughout the week of March 17–21 the U.S. Marshals Service conducted a series of high-impact fugitive enforcement actions focused on violent offenders throughout the state. During these endeavors, U.S. Marshals from the New York/New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force captured more than 25 fugitives in the District of New Jersey.

Philadelphia, PA - Investigators from the U.S. Marshals task force in Philadelphia, along with Deputies from the New York/New Jersey Atlantic City Division, arrested Kenneth Tripline in the 1500 block of West Diamond Street. Tripline was wanted by the Bridgeton Police Department for murder in relation to an incident that took place March 11th.

Portland, ME – The U.S. Marshals Service (USMS), Maine Violent Offender Task Force (MVOTF) announce the arrest of David W. Kirkland, 53, in Portland, Maine.

Austin, TX – Members of the U.S. Marshals-led Lone Star Fugitive Task Force March 13 arrested a man sought for murder that occurred Dec. 21, 2024, in Austin. 

Madison County, TN – After a coordinated investigation by the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) in the Districts of West Tennessee and Oregon, Walter Leonard Smalls, age 69, of Grants Pass, Oregon, was arrested March 18, 2025, for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance with intent in Madison County, Tennessee.

San Antonio, TX - The U.S. Marshals Service (USMS)-led Lone Star Fugitive Task Force (LSFTF) in San Antonio, with the assistance of the Gulf Coast Violent Offenders Task Force (GCVOTF) in Laredo, has apprehended a San Antonio man wanted in connection with the 2019 murder of an elderly man. 

Cedar Rapids, IA – U.S. Marshals today arrested a man in Nevada who is wanted on several charges in Iowa. 

Donnie Danell White, 51, is wanted in connection to a deceased individual found in southwest Cedar Rapids. White is wanted in Linn County on charges of murder in the first-degree and nonconsensual termination of pregnancy.     

St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands – A murder suspect is back in custody in St. Thomas thanks to the efforts of the U.S.

Memphis, TN – Luck ran out today for Anntenika Brown as she was arrested for first-degree murder by the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) in Memphis.

New Haven, CT - The U.S. Marshals, working with the Norwich Police Department, today arrested a man charged in two warrants with home invasion, assault in the second degree, kidnapping, assault in the first degree, and carrying a dangerous weapon, as well as a parole violation.

Greenville, NC - The U.S. Marshals Service Carolinas Regional Fugitive Task Force (CRFTF) is looking for a North Carolina man wanted for a 2024 murder in Kinston and offering a reward of up to $2,500 for information leading to his arrest.

Birmingham, AL - The U.S. Marshals Service Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force (GCRFTF) arrested a murder suspect Feb. 24 in in the 100 block of Freda Lane in Birmingham. 

Memphis, TN – Deunta Youngblood, wanted for a 2023 murder in Memphis, was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS).

On October 11, 2023, the Memphis Police Department investigated an incident involving injuries to Shanqualus Morgan near the 1600 block of Rayburn Street in Memphis. Two days later, Morgan died from those injuries.

Winston-Salem, NC – The U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) Carolinas Regional Fugitive Task Force (CRFTF), working with the USMS NY/NJ Regional Fugitive Task Force and assisted by the Winston-Salem Police Department and U.S. Immigration Enforcement and Removal Operations, arrested at approximately 11:45 a.m.
