Memphis, TN – The Memphis Safe Task Force since Monday has executed a combined total of 101 criminal arrests and recovered 11 illegal firearms.

Jackson, TN – The U.S. Marshals Two Rivers Violent Fugitive Task Force in Jackson arrested two men wanted for sex offenses in consecutive days.

Alamosa, CO – A fugitive wanted on a first-degree murder charge was taken into custody Tuesday following a coordinated effort by federal and local law enforcement agencies.

Durango, CO – A multi-agency tactical operation conducted early this morning culminated with the arrest of one of La Plata County’s most wanted fugitives who had been on the run and evading arrest for over two years. 

San Juan, PR - The U.S. Marshals Service Puerto Rico Violent Offender Task Force (PRVOTF), in collaboration with the U.S. Probation Office (USPO) and the Puerto Rico Police Department (PRPD), on April 23 arrested in Gurabo a man wanted for violations of federal probation.

Cedar Rapids, IA – U.S. Marshals on Monday arrested a man in Iowa who is wanted connection to a March 14 shooting death in Lexington, Mississippi. 

Cordale Lashaun Thomas, 17, is wanted in wanted in Holmes County, Mississippi, on charges of accessory after fact. Thomas had been released on bond erroneously after initial apprehension.

Youngstown, OH – Late this morning, members of the U.S. Marshals led Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF) arrested Randy Reese, 37.  Reese was wanted by law enforcement for trafficking in persons, rape, corrupting another with drugs, and felonious assault.

Concord, NH – The U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) District of New Hampshire and the New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force are pleased to announce the apprehension of a fugitive who had been on the run since January.

Elyria, OH – Today, members of the U.S. Marshals Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF) – Lorain Division, arrested Dawn Burge, 36. Burge was wanted by the State of New Jersey – Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office for aggravated assault.

Sandusky, OH – Today, members of the U.S. Marshals Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF) – Lorain Division, arrested Dwayne Rheubottom, 38. Rheubottom was wanted out of the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office for felonious assault.

Clarksburg, WV – A Missouri man who was wanted in Randolph County for sexual abuse of a minor in 2010 was arrested today by U.S. Marshals (USMS) in Missouri acting on a collateral lead from the USMS in northern West Virginia. 

Washington, DC – A Norfolk, Virginia, man accused of killing his wife before fleeing to Hong Kong has been arrested and brought back to the U.S. to face the charges against him.

Denver, CO – The U.S. Marshals Service Colorado Violent Offender Task Force (COVOTF) has completed a 10-day fugitive operation targeting violent offenders wanted by municipalities in Jefferson County. 

Newark, NJ – U.S. Marshals Service New York/New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force have arrested a fugitive in Lakewood, NJ, whom Israeli authorities seek to prosecute for attempted rape and indecent acts involving minor victims based on acts committed in Israel between 2020 and 2023.

El Paso, TX – A Deputy United States Marshal (DUSM) was awarded a purple heart for injuries sustained in the line of duty during a ceremony yesterday at the Albert Armendariz, Sr. United States Courthouse.

Memphis, TN – The Memphis Safe Task Force arrested a number of violent criminals over the weekend to include three wanted for various charges of murder and another two wanted for violent sex crimes. Overall, 87 criminal arrests were made and 15 illegally possessed firearms were seized.

Philadelphia, PA - Members of the U.S. Marshals Florida/Caribbean Regional Fugitive Task Force and the Eastern Pennsylvania Fugitive Task Force in Reading, arrested Kadrise Patience, 30, in West Palm Beach, Florida. Patience was wanted for failure to appear on murder charges after being released in 2024.

Marion, OH – Today, members of the U.S. Marshals Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF) arrested Yhonayker Jose Torres-Ascanio, 21. Torres-Ascanio was wanted by the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office in Maryland for multiple violent offenses including armed robbery, assault, and a weapons offense.

Atlanta, GA – The United States Marshals Service, along with the DeKalb County Police Department and the DeKalb County High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area Unit, have captured Leonard Campbell, a violent fugitive with an extensive criminal history. Campbell was arrested on an outstanding warrant for conspiracy to produce and distribute both fentanyl and methamphetamine.
