Cleveland, OH – Early this morning, members of the U.S. Marshals led Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF) were looking for Nathaniel Arthur, 19, and a 16-year-old fugitive. Arthur was wanted by the Cleveland Division of Police for aggravated burglary and felonious assault, and weapons violations. The juvenile was wanted for aggravated burglary and a felonious assault shooting where the victim was a 15-year-old female. Both suspects have been wanted since January of this year.
Today, officers gathered information that Arthur and the juvenile suspect were staying at a home in the 2600 block of East 71st St. in Cleveland. As officers made contact at the home, they arrested both Arthur and the 16-year-old juvenile suspect without any incident. In addition to those arrests, officers located MySunn Williams, 18, who was wanted by Lake County Sheriff’s Office for fleeing and eluding, and Iman Huckabee, 18, who was wanted by Cleveland Police for aggravated burglary.
While members of the task force were inside the home, they recovered four firearms: three pistols, one with an extended magazine, and a rifle. All four firearms were taken as evidence for possible charges either locally by Cleveland Division of Police or Federally.
U.S. Marshal Pete Elliott stated, “These are four violent individuals who have all committed crime across northern Ohio. Not only are the communities safer with these four off the streets but also with the four firearms in police custody.”
