Philadelphia, PA - Members of the U.S. Marshals Eastern Pennsylvania Violent Crimes Fugitive Task Force and Radnor Township Police arrested Michael Robinson, 43, in Radnor Pa. Robinson was wanted by the Tyler Police Department in Texas for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child under 15 years old. In August 2024, Robinson traveled to Tyler Texas after meeting a juvenile online. The victim was then sexually assaulted over the course of a weekend. In December 2025, the Smith County District Attorney’s Office indicted Robinson, and the warrant was delegated to the Marshals Joint East Texas Fugitive Task Force.

During the course of the investigation, information was developed that Robinson was employed at the Radnor Township Middle School as a paraprofessional. At approximately 7:30 a.m., investigators from the Marshals Fugitive Task Force in Philadelphia and Radnor Police Officers, observed Robinson in the 200 block of Windermere Avenue. Robinson was then arrested without incident and transported to the Radnor Township Police Department for processing. He is currently being held at the George W. Hill Correctional Facility awaiting extradition to Texas.

“Crimes against children are some of the most serious warrants our task force investigates. Mr. Robinson’s arrest demonstrates sexual predators will always be pursued relentlessly by the Marshals Service,” said Robert Clark, Supervisory Deputy U.S. Marshal for the Eastern Pennsylvania Violent Crime Fugitive Task Force.
