Norfolk, VA – The U. S. Marshals Service (USMS) arrested a fugitive today who was wanted on multiple felony charges out of Accomack County in relation to a shooting on April 19.
The USMS Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force (CARFTF) - Salisbury Division arrested Terry Thomas Bragg Jr., 28, shortly after 7 a.m. in the 500 block of Young Street in Pocomoke City, Maryland, on charges of malicious shooting, shooting into an occupied building, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and reckless handling of a firearm.
All charges were related to the April shooting at the Par 4 Bar & Grill in Accomack County, which left one person dead and five injured. Bragg is the second person to be arrested in relation to the shooting. Skylor Crippen, 35, was previously arrested by Accomack County Sheriff’s Office on April 19.
On May 28, investigators with the Accomack County Sheriff’s Office requested the assistance of the USMS with locating and apprehending Bragg.
Bragg was arrested without incident and is being held at the Worcester County Detention Center awaiting extradition to Virginia.
“This arrest is yet another example of the strong partnership between the U. S.
