U.S. Marshals Looking for Oklahoma Man Wanted in Creek County for Attempted Homicide, Robbery

Tulsa, OK - The U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) in Tulsa is seeking the public’s help in locating a man wanted in Creek County for attempted homicide and robbery by force which occurred between June 5 and 14.
Diamonte Lamar Proctor, 32, has ties to the Bristow, Oklahoma City and Yukon areas.
Proctor is a Black man with black hair and brown eyes. He stands 5 feet 7 inches and weighs approximately 200 pounds. He has tattoos on his chest and shoulders and should be considered armed and dangerous.
The USMS is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to Proctor’s arrest. Anyone with information is urged to contact the USMS at 1-877-WANTED2 or submit information via the USMS Tips App.
The Northern Oklahoma Violent Crimes Task Force is led by the Northern Oklahoma U.S. Marshals and is a cooperative effort including many local, state, and federal agencies in the area.

U.S. Marshals task forces combine the efforts of federal, state and local law enforcement agencies to locate and arrest the most dangerous fugitives. Dedicated to reducing violent crime by locating and apprehending wanted criminals, they also serve as the central point for agencies to share information on fugitive matters. Task force officers are state and local police officers who receive special deputations with the Marshals. While on a task force, these officers can exercise U.S. Marshals authorities, such as crossing jurisdictional lines.
