U.S. Marshals Major Case: $5K Reward Offered for Info Leading to Arrest of W Ark. Fugitive Murder Suspect

Fort Smith, AR – The U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) in Western District of Arkansas is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest of a man wanted by Washington County, Arkansas, for a 2023 capital murder and by the Eastern District of Arkansas for a federal supervised release violation.

Dai-Kwon Armond, 27, is accused of driving another man, Ray Jordan, 68, to Springdale to kill the victim and providing the gun used to kill the victim.
Jordan was arrested in Pulaski County in February and has been charged with capital murder, aggravated residential burglary, aggravated assault and possession of a firearm by certain persons charges.
Springdale police officers were dispatched April 7, 2023, to an apartment on Powell Street for a death investigation. The victim was identified as Deunrae Livingston, 32, and had been shot in his apartment.
The Springdale Police Department requested USMS assistance to locate and arrest Armond.
Armond is a Black man, stands 5 feet 10 inches and weighs approximately 185 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen in Little Rock, but has ties to the Little Rock area, as well as Kansas City, Missouri, and Knoxville, Tennessee, where he attended college.
