U.S. Marshals in Ohio Seek Public’s Help in Finding Fugitive Wanted in 2020 Aggravated Vehicular Homicide

Akron, OH – The U.S. Marshals in Northern Ohio are asking for the public’s help and offering a reward of to $2,500 for information leading to the capture of a man wanted for aggravated vehicular homicide from an incident that occurred in Medina County in April 2020.

David Anthony Sawicki, 55, is believed to have fled Ohio after the incident and has evaded law enforcement since.  Sawicki may have assumed the alias of "Anthony Horvath" while evading capture. 

Sawicki has ties to the states of Florida and Arizona.

Sawicki is a white man with brown hair and blue eyes. He stands 6 feet tall and weighs approximately 270 pounds. He is known to wear glasses and has several tattoos, including a dragon on the upper left chest, a lion on his right shoulder, an eagle on his left shoulder, a cross on the middle finger of his right hand, and "Denise" on his left wrist.
