U.S. Marshals Service, Metro PD Still Seeking DC Murder Suspect

Washington, DC – The U.S. Marshals-led Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force (CARFTF), along with the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD), is asking for the public's assistance in locating a suspect in a DC murder.

Nyjell Outler, 18, is accused of shooting one man and killing another while attending a gender reveal party in northeast Washington, DC, March 20 in the unit block of Madison Street North East.

The U.S. Marshals are offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to Outler's arrest, and the police department offers up to $25,000 in reward for any information leading to the arrest and conviction of any homicide in the District.
