James Pacchiano is being sought by the U.S. Marshals Service's Maine Violent Offender Task Force on a warrant charging Violation of his Probation. Pacchiano was originally convicted of Wire Fraud in 1993 and has numerous Probation Violations out of the Federal District Courts in Maine and Nevada.
