The United States Marshals Service (USMS) is requesting assistance in locating 38-year-old Araceli Medina. Medina is wanted by the Franklin County Sheriff's Office in Washington in reference to Aggravated Murder, 4 counts of Rape of a Child and 3 counts of Assault. She may be traveling with her boyfriend Edgar Casian-Garcia (also a fugitive) and/or children (ages 10, 12 and 14) who have been reported missing/endangered by law enforcement.
