The United States Marshals Service (USMS) is requesting assistance in locating 34-year-old Edgar Casian-Garcia. He is wanted by the Franklin County Sheriff's Office in Washington in reference to Aggravated Murder, 4 counts of Rape of a Child and 3 counts of Assault. He may be traveling with his girlfriend Araceli Medina (also a fugitive) and/or children (ages 10, 12 and 14) who have been reported missing/endangered by law enforcement.
