The U.S. Marshals - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is actively attempting to locate and arrest Concord Police Department fugitive, Evan Mitchell HOLLINS. HOLLINS is wanted on an arrest warrant for Attempted Murder with a Firearm, 1st Degree Assault with a Firearm, Criminal Threatening and Reckless Conduct with a Firearm. These charges stem from an incident during which HOLLINS is alleged to have shot a man on Duke Lane in Concord, this past Saturday. HOLLINS was last known to reside in Concord, NH but has ties to both Manchester and the Boston areas. HOLLINS should be considered ARMED and DANGEROUS.
