The U.S. Marshals - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is actively attempting to locate and arrest fugitive, Mark Donald Gagnon. Gagnon is being sought on an arrest warrant for failing to appear for a supervised release violation. Gagnon was convicted in U.S. District Court in 2016. Gagnon was last known to reside in Manchester, but it has been reported he has moved out of his last known address.
