Martinsburg, WV – The U.S. Marshals Mountain State Fugitive Task Force, working with the Berkley County Sheriff’s Office SWAT, today arrested a Martinsburg man wanted for a November 2023 malicious assault.

Martinsburg, WV – The U.S. Marshals Mountain State Task Force today arrested Hedgesville man wanted in Berkeley County for malicious or unlawful assault and intimidation of a witness.

Ashton Ruppenthal, 18, was charged March 7 in relation to a Berkeley County case involving the “Get Money by Any Means” gang.

Clarksburg, WV – A Kingwood man who was wanted for attempted murder has been arrested in Fairmont.

Martinsburg, WV – A man wanted in West Virginia for numerous sex offenses involving a minor was arrested Dec. 12 by U.S. Marshals in Clarksburg, Maryland.

Clarksburg, WV - The U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) is requesting the public’s assistance in apprehending a West Virginia man wanted on state charges of failure to update sex offender registration, sexual assault, and domestic violence.

On July 20, 2021, a warrant for Samuel Rose was issued by a federal grand jury, charging Rose with conspiracy to distribute cocaine and other drug charges. The U.S.

Clarksburg, WV – A missing child from Bridgeport has been located in Stockton, New York. Additionally, a suspect has been arrested in connection with the child’s disappearance.

Inwood, WV – Members of the U.S. Marshals Mountain State Fugitive Task Force arrested Joel Keck, 44, of Charles Town, WV on outstanding felony warrants issued out of Jefferson County.

Martinsburg, WV – On June 25, 2021, members of the U.S. Marshals Mountain State Fugitive Task Force arrested Quantrill Lowery, 21, of Martinsburg, WV. Lowery was wanted by the Berkeley County Sheriff's Office on numerous charges including two counts of attempted murder.

Martinsburg, WV – Members of the U.S. Marshals Mountain State Fugitive Task Force arrested Sumpun Jerles, 37, of Martinsburg, West Virginia, yesterday.

Martinsburg, WV – On February 24, 2021, members of the U.S. Marshals Mountain State Fugitive Task Force arrested Darius Porter, of Martinsburg, WV. Porter was wanted by the Berkeley County Sheriffs Office on a Capias for wanton endangerment and aggravated assault with a firearm.

Martinsburg, WV – On January 27, 2021, members of the U.S. Marshals Mountain State Fugitive Task Force arrested Christopher Brown, 20, of Baltimore, MD. Brown was wanted by the Baltimore City Police Department for an attempted murder that occurred on January 9, 2021, in Baltimore.

Martinsburg, WV – On January 13, 2021, members of the U.S. Marshals Mountain State Fugitive Task Force arrested Tony Haile, 34, of Baltimore, MD. Haile was wanted by the Baltimore City Police Department for attempted murder. Haile is the alleged trigger man in a shooting which occurred on December 3, 2020, in Baltimore.
