Pueblo, CO -  Members of the United States Marshals Service’s Colorado Violent Offender Task Force (COVOTF), working in coordination with local law enforcement partners, have arrested Robert Hartsock, who had been wanted out of the State of Indiana since 2019 for failure to register as a sex offender and probation violations.

Cleveland, OH – The U.S. Marshals newest investigative team has seen great success in their first month of operations.  The SPEAR Unit, Specialized Personnel for Enforcement, Apprehension and Recovery, has been working diligently on all cases encompassing their investigative areas, including sex offenders, missing children and cold cases. 

Lexington, TN – On March 2, 2026, the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS), with assistance from the Metro Nashville Police Department (PD), Lexington Police Department, and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI), safely found a 15-year-old female who was reporting missing in Nashville, TN.

Buffalo, NY – The U.S. Marshals – NY/NJ Regional Fugitive Task Force has apprehended a Texas man wanted for aggravated assault in El Paso, Texas, in December 2025.

Donovan Berry, 18, along with another individual, is accused of shooting a security guard at a bar in El Paso.

Memphis, TN – The Memphis Safe Task Force on Tuesday executed 60 criminal arrests and recovered seven illegal firearms.

Of note: Takyah Moffitt, 25, was arrested at Rozelle Street and Person Avenue on a warrant for first-degree murder issued Feb. 24.

Indianola, MS – Delvin Jones, 22, was arrested in Indianola, Mississippi on March 2, 2026, after a fugitive investigation conducted by the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS). Jones was wanted by the Indianola Police Department for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon likely to produce death or serious bodily harm. 

Portland, ME - Today, the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) Maine Violent Offender Task Force (MVOTF) arrested Nathon Taylor, 47, on multiple State of Maine failure‑to‑appear warrants related to drug charges.

Albany, NY – Members of the U.S. Marshal’s Regional Fugitive Task Force on Monday afternoon arrested Naveah Jackson who was wanted by the Catskill Police Department for a firearms violation and by the New York State Police for leading them on a 19-mile, high-speed chase that started in Greene County and ended in New Paltz, resulting in a multi-car accident on Jan. 30.

Memphis, TN – The Memphis Safe Task Force is asking the public’s help and offering a reward of up to $30,000 for information leading to the capture of the man suspected of shooting a Memphis Police Department (MPD) officer Feb. 27 during a traffic stop.

Portland, ME — Today, the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) Maine Violent Offender Task Force (MVOTF) arrested Dameon Jaquan Thomas, 22, on a State of Georgia warrant for murder and an additional federal warrant from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) for possession of a machine gun out of the Middle District of Georgia, Macon Division.

Clarksburg, WV – A Michigan man who was wanted for multiple felonies has been apprehended in Morgantown.

Memphis, TN – A manhunt is underway following the Thursday night shooting of a Memphis police officer during a traffic stop.

Washington, DC - The District of Columbia National Guard held its inaugural Law Enforcement Recognition Ceremony at the D.C. Armory Thursday to honor 17 U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) employees and members of several other partner agencies for their role in the “Make the District of Columbia Safe and Beautiful" initiative.

Boston, MA – A Massachusetts man pleaded guilty yesterday in the U.S. District Court in Providence, Rhode Island to charges related to a conspiracy to murder a federal witness to prevent the witness from testifying in a criminal matter before the U.S. District Court in Massachusetts.

Washington, DC - The U.S. Marshals Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force (CARFTF), along with Montgomery County Police and Maryland State Police, on Wednesday arrested a suspect in two recent shooting incidents, one Feb.

Philadelphia, PA - Members of the U.S. Marshals Eastern Pennsylvania Violent Crimes Fugitive Task Force and Radnor Township Police arrested Michael Robinson, 43, in Radnor Pa. Robinson was wanted by the Tyler Police Department in Texas for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child under 15 years old. In August 2024, Robinson traveled to Tyler Texas after meeting a juvenile online.

Memphis, TN – Organized by the United States Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Tennessee, on February 24, 2026, leadership of the Memphis Safe Task Force met with more than 30 church and community organizers at Grace Baptist Church in Memphis to discuss the continued success of the MSTF and collaborative efforts to reduce and federally prosecute violent crime offens

Memphis, TN – On February 23 and 24, 2026, members of the Memphis Safe Task Force (MSTF) arrested four individuals on four separate warrants for four separate murders.

Akron, OH –  Yesterday, late in the afternoon, members of the U.S. Marshals led Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF) arrested Kevante Jaimere White, 27.  White was wanted by authorities in Huntington, West Virginia for two counts of first-degree murder and one count of malicious or unlawful assault with a firearm.
