Aaron Butler

The U.S. Marshals - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is requesting public assistance in its efforts to locate and arrest U.S. and NH fugitive, Aaron Butler. Butler, whose federal supervision stems from a conviction in 2019 for conspiracy to distribute heroin, violated his release conditions when Newport (NH) Police Department found probable cause to charge Butler with “felon in possession” of multiple firearms, as well as possessing and distributing fentanyl, methamphetamine and cocaine. Butler was previously incarcerated in 2006 for assault with a dangerous weapon. However, prison does not seem to prevent Butler from dealing drugs or assaultive behavior, as he has charges for both while incarcerated. Butler is believed to be in Carroll County, NH, though his network extends throughout New England. The public and law enforcement should use caution if encountering Butler, as he is considered armed and dangerous.

Joseph Barlow

The U.S. Marshals - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is requesting public assistance in its efforts to locate and arrest federal fugitive, Joseph Barlow, who is wanted for supervised release violations. Barlow is a career sexual predator having been charged with felonious sexual assault of a minor in 1986 and aggravated felonious sexual assault in 2016. Barlow received federal supervision after violating sex offender registration conditions in relation to those charges, and recent methamphetamine use has led to violations of current federal release conditions. Barlow is outspoken about his disdain for law enforcement, as highlighted by multiple assault and resisting arrest charges in his criminal history. Recent reports have suggested that Barlow may be suffering from mental health episodes related to his drug use, so police and the public should use caution if Barlow is encountered. Barlow is believed to be in Concord, NH.

Craig Pearson

The U.S. Marshals - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is requesting public assistance in its efforts to locate and arrest Manchester, NH fugitive, Craig Pearson, who is wanted for failing to comply with sex offender registration requirements. Pearson was convicted in 2018 of a sex offense and has had a duty to register ever since. Pearson has been non-compliant since Nov 11 and has been unresponsive to passive attempts to convince him to register. Pearson has an extensive history of drug use, criminal mischief, and non-compliance with court supervision. Pearson has long-standing ties to Manchester, NH. Summer Adjutant

The U.S. Marshals - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is requesting public assistance in its efforts to locate and arrest Rockingham Count fugitive, Summer Adjutant, who is wanted for failing to appear for a 2019 hearing related to a 2016 narcotics case in which Adjutant is alleged to have controlled a property where narcotics were being stored. In addition, Adjutant has an active warrant out of Massachusetts for trafficking fentanyl. Adjutant has resided in Rye and East Wakefield, NH, but she is known to have ties to a drug network that extends throughout New England.

Jose Hiram Martinez-Rolon

The U.S. Marshals - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is continuing its efforts to locate and arrest federal fugitive, Jose Hiram Martinez-Rolon, who is wanted out of the U.S. District Court - NH for multiple Supervised Release violations. Martinez-Rolon was originally plead guilty in 2020 to selling fentanyl. Since November 2021, Martinez-Rolon has been avoiding capture. The new case agent has requested assistance from the public in locating Martinez-Rolon, who is believed to have strong ties to Manchester.

Nicholas Cummings

The U.S. Marshals - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is actively attempting to locate and arrest fugitive, Nicholas Cummings, who violated multiple bail conditions set by the U.S. District Court of NH. After charges were filed for possessing and distributing controlled substances in April, Cummings was released on bail with conditions meant to manage his drug use and community interaction. Unfortunately, Cummings' violations center around evidence of repeated drug use and failures to comply with court-ordered programs. Cummings is native to Nashua and has strong local ties there.

Angel Florez-Ramirez

The U.S. Marshals - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is actively attempting to locate and arrest fugitive, Angel Florez-Ramirez. The Nashua Police Department (NPD) arrested Florez-Ramirez in August for another sexual assault charge, but Florez-Ramirez was released on bail. Since, Nashua Police Department has charged Florez-Ramirez with an Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault involving a juvenile that was known to him. An arrest warrant has been issued for Florez-Ramirez, who is known to have ties to Manchester and Nashua, and who has already travelled to Mexico and back during the original sex assault investigation.

Justin Dean Hayes

The U.S. Marshals - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is actively attempting to locate and arrest fugitive, Justin Dean Hayes. Hayes is a Tier 3 Sex Offender with a duty to register for life pursuant to an aggravated felonious sexual assault of a victim under the age of 13 out of Gadsden County, FL. Hayes violated his registration requirements when he failed to register with the Manchester Police Department as directed by statute. Hayes last registered as homeless in Manchester.

Michael Lee Rand

The U.S. Marshals - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is actively attempting to locate and arrest fugitive, Michael Rand. Rand is being sought on an arrest warrant for a supervised release violation. Rand was convicted in U.S. District Court in 2022. Rand was last known to reside in Rochester, but it has been reported he has moved out of his last known address.

Jeffrey Forestier

The U.S. Marshals - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is actively attempting to locate and arrest Carroll County (NH) Sheriff's Office fugitive, Jeffrey Charles Forestier.

Forestier was convicted in Carroll County for intentionally ramming his truck at full speed into a victim, pinning him against a fence after an argument in 2003.

The victim survived the initial crash which caused severe injuries, but he died in 2007. Mr. Forestier lost his appeal and fled prior to his sentencing.
