  • U.S. Marshals Task Force, Spokane Co. Sheriff’s Office Execute Search Warrant in Murder Investigation of Drive-By Suspect

    Spokane, WA – The U.S. Marshals Service Pacific Northwest Violent Offender Task Force, in coordination with the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office, executed a search warrant March 27at a residence on East Indiana Avenue in Spokane while looking for a man suspected in the drive-by shooting March 21 at Moses Lake that killed a 14-year-old and injured four others.

    Cleveland, OH – The U.S. Marshals Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF) arrested Valerie Wyatt (41) earlier this morning. Wyatt was wanted by the Lake County Sheriff’s Office for a probation violation stemming from earlier burglary, kidnapping and abduction charges.

Garner was wanted by the East Cleveland Police Department after a shooting that took place on January 20, 2025, in the 1700 block of Shaw Ave. in East Cleveland.

    San Antonio, TX – The U.S. Marshals-led Lone Star Fugitive Task Force apprehended a fugitive sought by the Bexar County District Attorney’s Office on 11 charges of possession of child pornography. Gregory Roth, 67, was apprehended in Belize after fleeing the United States to evade criminal prosecution.

    Philadelphia, PA - Investigators from the U.S. Marshals task force in Philadelphia, along with Deputies from the New York/New Jersey Atlantic City Division, arrested Kenneth Tripline in the 1500 block of West Diamond Street. Tripline was wanted by the Bridgeton Police Department for murder in relation to an incident that took place March 11th.

    Cedar Rapids, IA – U.S. Marshals today arrested a man in Nevada who is wanted on several charges in Iowa. 

    Donnie Danell White, 51, is wanted in connection to a deceased individual found in southwest Cedar Rapids. White is wanted in Linn County on charges of murder in the first-degree and nonconsensual termination of pregnancy.

    Madison County, TN – After a coordinated investigation by the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) in the Districts of West Tennessee and Oregon, Walter Leonard Smalls, age 69, of Grants Pass, Oregon, was arrested March 18, 2025, for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance with intent in Madison County, Tennessee.
