Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA)

The purpose of this Inter governmental Ser ice Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS ) and other federal use agencies ( the Federal Government) and Spokane. County ( the Local Government) for the detention of persons changed with or convicted of violations of Federal law or held as material witness s (federal prisoners) at the Spokane County Jail (the facility).

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) to house federal detainees with the St. Clair County Jail in Belleville, Illinois (hereinafter referred to as the facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and St. Joseph County (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the St. Joseph County Jail in South Bend, Indiana (the facility).

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) to house federal detainees with the Local Government at the NY - ST. LAWRENCE COUNTY CORRECTIONAL FACIUTY 48 Court Street Canton, NY 13617 (hereinafter referred to as the facility).

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) to house federal detainees with the St. Lucie County, Sheriff's Office, 4700 W. Midway Road, Fort Pierce, FL 34981 (hereinafter referred to as the facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and St. Tammany County, in Covington, Louisiana (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the St. Tammany Parish Jail (the facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) at the Chittenden Community Correctional Center, the Rutland Community Correctional Center, the St.  JohnsSury Community Correctional Center, and the St. Alkans Community Correctional Center (the facilities).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Stephenson County (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Stephenson County Sheriff's Department in Freeport, Illinois (the facility).

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) to house federal detainees with the Local Government at the STEUBEN COUNTY JAIL 7007 Rumsey Street Ext. Bath, NY 14810 (hereinafter referred to as the facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Steuben County (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Steuben County Jail in Bath, New York (the facility).

The Federal Government and the local Government establish this Agreement that allows three (3) Federal Government components, specifically, the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) of the Department of Justice (DOJ); and the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), to house federal detainees with the local Government at the Stone County Regional Correctional Facility in Wiggins, Mississippi (hereinafter referred to as the facility).

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) to house federal detainees with the Local Government at the STRAFFORD COUNTY JAIL, 266 COUNTY FARM RD, Dover, NH 03820 (hereinafter referred to as the facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Suffolk County, New York (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Suffolk County Jail in Riverhead, New York (the facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Tarrant County, Texas (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) Tarrant County Jail and (the facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Tazewell County Sheriff's Office (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Tazewell County Justice Center in Pekin, Illinois (the facility).

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) to house federal detainees with the Texarkana Arkansas Police Department, 100 North Stateline Avenue, Texarkana, Texas 75504 ( (hereinafter referred to as the facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Tioga County (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Tioga County Jail in Owego, New York (the facility).

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) to house federal detainees with the Local Government at the Torrance County Detention Facility in Estancia, New Mexico (hereinafter referred to as the facility).

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) to house federal detainees with the Local Government at the TUSLA COUNTY CRIMINAL JUSTICE AUTHORITY (hereinafter referred to as the facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Tulsa County (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Tulsa County Jail (the facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Ulster County (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Ulster County Law Enforcement Center in Kingston, New York (the facility).

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) to house federal detainees with the Union County Criminal Justice Facility in Texarkana, Arkansas (hereinafter referred to as the facility).

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) or other authorized agency user to house Federal detainees with the Local Government at the Verde County Correctional Facility (hereinafter referred to as the Facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Val Verde County (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Val Verde Detention Center (the facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Van Buren County (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Van Buren County Detention Center (the facility).

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) to house federal detainees with the Local Government at the Virginia Beach Correctional Facility 2501 James Madison Blvd Virginia Beach, VA 23456 (hereinafter referred to as the facility).

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) to house federal detainees with the Local Government at the Virginia Peninsula Regional Jail 9320 Merrimac Trail Williamsburg, VA 23185 (hereinafter referred to as the facility).

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) to house federal detainees with the Local Government at the Wake County Detention Center 330 S. SALISBURY STREET RALEIGH, NC 27602 (hereinafter referred to as the facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Walworth County (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Walworth County Jail (the facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Warren County, in Bowling Green, Kentucky (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Warren County Regional Jail (the facility).
