Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA)

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and City of Henderson in Henderson, Nevada (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Henderson Detention Center (the facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and City of Las Vegas in Las Vegas, Nevada (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the City of Las Vegas Detention Center (the facility).

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) to house federal detainees with the San Luis Regional Detention and Support Center in San Luis, Arizona (hereinafter referred to as the facility).

The Federal Government and the local Government establish this Agreement that allows three (3) Federal Government components, specifically, the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) of the Department of Justice (DOJ); and the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), to house federal detainees with the local Government at the Claiborne County Jail (hereinafter referred to as the facility).

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) to house federal detainees with the Clear Creek County Jail in Georgetown, Colorado (hereinafter referred to as the facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Cleveland County (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Cleveland County Jail (the facility).

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) to house federal detainees with the Local Government at the CLINTON COUNTY JAIL, 25 McCartuy Drive Plattsburgh, NY 12901 (hereinafter referred to as the facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Clinton County in St. Johns, Michigan (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Clinton County Jail (the facility).

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) to house federal detainees with the Local Government at the Coastal Bend Detention Center, 4909 FM 2826, Robstown, Texas 78380 (hereinafter referred to as the facility).

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) to house federal detainees with the Local Government at the Columbia County Jail, 85 Industrial Tract, Hudson, New York, 12534 (hereinafter referred to as the facility).

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) to house federal detainees with the Local Government at the Columbia County Jail, 901 Port Avenue, St. Helens, OR 97051 (hereinafter referred to as the facility).

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) to house federal detainees with the Local Government at the Comanche County Detention Center, 315, SW 5th Street, Room 208, Lawton, Oklahoma 73501 (hereinafter referred to as the facility).

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) to house federal detainees with the West County Detention Center in Richmond, California (hereinafter referred to as the facility).

The Federal Government and the local Government establish this Agreement that allows three (3) Federal Government components, specifically, the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) of the Department of Justice (DOJ); and the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), to house federal detainees with the local Government at the Delaware County Jail in Delhi, New York (hereinafter referred to as the facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and County of San Diego (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the County Jails, in San Diego, California (the facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Craighead county, Jonesboro, Arkansas (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Craighead County Detention Center in Jonesboro, Arkansas (the facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Crisp County (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Crisp County Detention Center in Cordele, Georgia (the facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Crossroads County in Shelby, Montana (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Crossroads Correctional Facility (the facility).

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) to house federal detainees with the Local Government at the CRYSTAL CITY CORRECTIOINAL CENTER (hereinafter referred to as the facility).

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) to house federal detainees with the Local Government at the Cumberland County Jail, One County Way Portland, ME 04102 (hereinafter referred to as the facility).

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) to house federal detainees with the D. Ray James Prison, 68 Kingsland Drive Folkston, GA 31537 (hereinafter referred to as the facility).

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) to house federal detainees with the Local Government at the Dakota County Jail in Dakota City, Nebraska (hereinafter referred to as the facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Dallas County (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Dallas County Detention Center in Fordyce, Arkansas (the facility).

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows two (2) Federal Government components, specifically, the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) of the Department of Justice (DOJ); to house federal detainees with the Local Government at the  Dane County Jail (hereinafter referred to as the facility).

This document is for the service specified herein in accordance with the guideline for conditions of confinement and is designed to detail the tasks for all future procurements entered between the parties herein during the indefinite term of the agreement.

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Davidson County (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Davidson County Jail (the facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Davis County (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Davis County Jail (the facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Dawson County in Glendive, Montana (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Dawson County Adult Detention Facility (the facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Dawson County Jail in Lexington, Nebraska (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Dawson County Jail (the facility).

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) to house federal detainees with the Local Government at the Delaware County Sheriff's Office (hereinafter referred to as the facility).
