  • New Hampshire Fugitive of the Week Arrested in Merrimack by Merrimack PD

    Concord, NH – During the early hours of Tuesday, Mariah Vetrone, 29 years-of-age, was arrested in Merrimack by Merrimack Police. Ms. Vetrone was arrested after briefly failing to pull over for law enforcement.

    Harrisburg, PA – A fugitive sex offender who fled to Canada to avoid facing sexual assault charges in Franklin County has been removed to the U.S. and is awaiting extradition to Pennsylvania.

    Philadelphia, PA – Members of the U.S. Marshal's Fugitive Task Force arrested Dominique Carter, 29, for homicide and related charges, at approximately 6:30 a.m. on March 3rd in the 600 block of Poplar Street in Sharon Hill Pennsylvania. Carter was wanted for vehicular homicide since February 11, 2020.

    Springdale, AR – On the evening of February 24, 2020, the U.S. Marshals led Western Arkansas Fugitive Task Force (WATF) captured German Diaz, who was wanted by Lyon County, Kansas authorities for rape. In this particular case, the suspect was over 18 years old and the victim was under the age of 14.

    Concord, NH – The warrant for last week's "Fugitive of the Week," Kierran Michael Pierce, 23, alleging his failure to appear on a multiple counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault on children under the age of 13, has been recalled by the Belknap Superior Court.

    Philadelphia, PA – Members of the U.S. Marshal's Fugitive Task Force arrested Felix Aldencis Peguero Mendez, 61, for homicide and related charges, at approximately 3:30 p.m. on February 13th in the 600 block of East Lancaster Avenue in Reading Pennsylvania. Peguero Mendez was wanted in the Dominican Republic for homicide since February 15, 2012.

    Indianapolis, IN – Melody Bannister, 34, of Stafford was arrested in Plainfield, IN at approximately 2:30 a.m. at a Speedway Gas Station off of Interstate I-70 and State Road IN-267 for one count of Parental Kidnapping of a Minor and four counts of Abduction by Parent.

  • U.S. Marshals, Law Enforcement Partners Conduct Operation Triple Beam in Southern Florida to Reduce Violent Crime

    Miami, FL – Operation Triple Beam, a U.S. Marshals-led 30-day operation to reduce gang and violent crime, concluded January 31, and resulted in 150 arrests.

    In addition to the arrests, law enforcement officers seized 45 firearms, more than 6 kilograms of narcotics, and more than $38,000 in cash.

    Detroit, MI – The U.S. Marshals Service Detroit Fugitive Apprehension Team, in conjunction with the River Rouge Police Department, are offering a reward of $5,000 for information directly leading to the arrest of suspect involved in a triple shooting January 31 in River Rouge, which left two dead and one critically injured.
