Charleston, WV -The U.S. Marshals Southern District of West Virginia CUFFED Task Force and West Virginia State Police have completed “Operation Just & Necessary”, a two weeklong operation targeting sex offenders in Kanawha County and the surrounding area. The operation began on March 6, 2023 and concluded on March 17, 2023.

Columbus, OH – The U.S. Marshals’ Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team (SOFAST), along with the Columbus Division of Police SWAT and K-9 Unit arrested fugitive Michael Antoine Dickerson on March 23, 2023, on an outstanding arrest warrant from Franklin County, Ohio.

Memphis, TN – Stuart Pinkham, 33, of Southaven, Mississippi, who was wanted out of Shelby County and Southaven, MS, on multiple violent crime arrest warrants was captured yesterday by U.S. Marshals in Memphis. U.S. Marshal Tyreece Miller, Western District of Tennessee, announced today.

San Juan, PR – A wanted fugitive on the island's West Coast Region was apprehended at approximately 1 p.m. today in Urbanization Vega Dorada, Vega Alta, by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force, Homeland Security Investigations, and the Puerto Rico Police Department.

Washington, D.C. – The U.S. Marshals Service, in collaboration with the Justice Department’s Office of Community Oriented Policing Services, offers its 5-day Officer Safety Training – Human Performance (OST-HP) course to state and local law enforcement officers through the agency’s new Center of Excellence for Officer Safety and Wellness in Birmingham, Alabama, March 20-24.

Canton, OH – The U.S. Marshals in Columbus, OH in conjunction with the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF) arrested Skylar Losey (23) of Massillon, OH. Losey was wanted by the Stark County Sheriff’s Office and Stark County Adult Probation for violating conditions of his probation.

Youngstown, OH –  The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF) is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Kevin Peeples.

Peeples is wanted by the Ohio Adult Parole Authority for being a parole violator at large since January 4, 2022. Peeples original charge is Endangering a Child (F2).

New Haven, CT - The U.S. Marshals in Texas on Monday arrested a man wanted in Connecticut on child sex charges dating back to 2008.

Milwaukee, WI –Members of the U.S. Marshals Service’s Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force (GLRFTF) captured on March 9 a fugitive wanted on a homicide charge. 

Akron, OH – This morning, the United States Marshals Service in collaboration with Mexican authorities arrested Leslie Lopez, 26. Lopez was wanted by Summit County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear for aggravated murder.

Denver, CO – After nearly 18 months on the run, a Pittsburgh fugitive wanted for aggravated arson is now in custody thanks to an anonymous tip called in to the U.S. Marshals Service Colorado Violent Offender Task Force. 

Mobile, AL – This morning, approximately 100 members of federal, state and local enforcement agencies, as well as members of U.S. Probation, U.S. Federal Courts and Mobile County Fire/Rescue gathered on the front steps of the Federal Courthouse in downtown Mobile to participate in the 7th Annual Fallen Heroes Honor Run.

Philadelphia, PA - Today, members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force, along with Montgomery County SWAT and Upper Merion Police, arrested Halim Evans, 20, and Jamel King, 29, in the 500 block of Dekalb Pike in King of Prussia, PA.

Cleveland, OH – This morning, members of the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF) located and arrested Travis Hicks, 32. Hicks was wanted by the Garfield Heights Police Department for murder.

Concord, NH – The U.S. Marshals Service – NH Joint Fugitive Task Force is pleased to announce the capture of “NH Most Wanted” fugitive, Desmel Cooper, who was taken into custody by New York’s Nassau County Police Department. Having both local and federal warrants, this arrest signals the end of media campaigns promoted by the Manchester Police Department and U.S.

Akron, OH– This morning, members of the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF) located and arrested Desean Williamson, 23, and Teion Thompson, 21. Both were wanted by the Akron Police Department. Williamson was wanted for murder and Thompson was wanted for complicity to commit murder and obstructing justice.

Carroll County, TN – Damian Daniel Campos, 20, who was wanted by the Carroll County, Tennessee Sheriff’s Office for multiple counts of Rape of a Child and Aggravated Sexual Battery was captured yesterday in Kentucky after a joint investigation by U.S. Marshals in Western Tennessee and Kentucky.
