Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA)

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) to house federal detainees with the Local Government at the MADISON COUNTY JAIL, HIGHWAY 51 SOUTH, P.O. BOX 98, CANTON, MS 39046 (hereinafter referred to as the facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Madison County in Wampsville, New York (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Madison County Public Safety Building (the facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and the City of Mansfield, Texas (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Mansfield Law Enforcement Center (the facility).

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) to house federal detainees with the Local Government at the Marion County Detention Center 201 Warehouse Road, Lebanon, KY 40033 (hereinafter referred to as the facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Marion County (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Marion County Jail in Indianapolis, Indiana (the facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Marquette County in Marquette, Michigan (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Marquette County Jail (the facility).

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) to house federal detainees with the Local Government at the Maryland Correctional Adjustment Center in Baltimore, Maryland (hereinafter referred to as the facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Massachusetts Department of Correction (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Massachusetts Department of Correction Institutions at Framingham, Bridgewater, Gardner, Norfolk, Cedar-Junction and Concord (the facility).

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows three (3) Federal Government components, specifically, the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) of the Department of Justice (DOJ); and the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), to house federal detainees with the Local Government at the Tom Bowles Detention Center (hereinafter referred to as the facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and McDuffie County (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the McDuffie County Jail in Thomson, Georgia (the facility).

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) to house federal detainees with the McHenry County Adult Correctional Facility in Woodstock, Illinois (hereinafter referred to as the facility).

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) to house federal detainees with the McHenry County Jail, 2200 N. Seminary Avenue, Woodstock, Illinois (hereinafter referred to as the facility).

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) to house federal detainees with the Local Government at the Jack Harwell Detention Center, 3101 East Marlin Hwy, Waco, Texas 76705 (hereinafter referred to as the facility).

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) to house federal detainees with the Local Government at the MECKLENBURG COUNTY JAIL 801 East 4th Street Charlotte, NC 28202 (hereinafter referred to as the facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Mercer County (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Mercer County Jail in Aledo, Illinois (the facility).

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) to house federal detainees with the Miller County in Texarkana, Arkansas (hereinafter referred to as the facility).

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) to house federal detainees with the Local Government at the Milwaukee County Sheriffs Office CCF-Central 949 N. Ninth St. Milwaukee, WI 53233 (hereinafter referred to as the facility). 

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Mineral County in Superior, Montana (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Mineral County Detention Center (the facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Minnehaha County (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Minnehaha County Jail (the facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Missoula County in Missoula, Montana (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Missoula County Jail (the facility).

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) to house federal detainees with the Local Government at the Monroe County Jail, 130 Plymouth Avenue, Rochester, NY 14614 (hereinafter referred to as the facility).

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) to house federal detainees with the Monroe County Sheriff's Office, 5525 College Rd, Key West, FL 33040 (hereinafter referred to as the facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Montgomery City (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Montgomery City Jail in Montgomery, Alabama (the facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Montgomery County (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Montgomery County Correctional Facility (the facility).

The purpose of this Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGA) is to establish a formal binding relationship between the United States Marshals Service (USMS) and other federal user agencies (the Federal Government) and Montgomery County (the Local Government) for the detention of persons charged with or convicted of violations of federal law or held as material witnesses (federal prisoners) at the Montgomery County Jail (the facility).

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) to house federal detainees with the Local Government at the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office, 200 Clark Drive, Fultonville, New York 12072 (hereinafter referred to as the facility).

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) to house federal detainees with the Local Government at the Montgomery County Jail (6SY) and Joe Corley Detention Facility (AAK) (hereinafter referred to as the facility).

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) to house federal detainees with the Local Government at the Montgomery County/Joe Corley Detention Facility (hereinafter referred to as the facility).

The Federal Government and the Local Government establish this Agreement that allows the United States Marshals Service (USMS) to house federal detainees with the Local Government at the Multnomah County Detention Center and the Inverness Jail (hereinafter referred to as the facility).
