Philadelphia, PA - Members of the U.S. Marshals Eastern Pennsylvania Violent Crimes Fugitive Task Force arrested Onanyeli Rosario-Mesa, 25, in Northeast Philadelphia. Rosario-Mesa was wanted by the Pennsylvania State Police for Homicide by Vehicle while DUI (Driving Under the Influence), Involuntary Manslaughter, and related charges. The fugitive case was delegated to the U.S. Marshals Task Force in Allentown after Rosario-Mesa failed to surrender.

Last evening, an anonymous tip was received suggesting that Rosario-Mesa was hiding in Philadelphia with her boyfriend. Information was developed the boyfriend had an apartment in the 2700 block of Stanwood Street in Northeast Philadelphia.
