Scranton, PA – Today, U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane announced the arrest of Quiton Marquel McCleese – a 26-year old man with no known address.

On April 17, 2020, at about 10 a.m., the Scranton Police Department investigated a shooting in the 1000 block of Gibbons Street.
