Pacific Southwest Regional Fugitive Task Force

The Pacific Southwest Regional Fugitive Task Force (PSWRFTF) began operations in April of 2002 under the Presidential Threat Protection Act of 2000. With partnership agreements with over 60 federal, state, or local agencies, the Pacific Southwest Regional Fugitive Task Force (PSWRFTF) has been able to successfully apprehend over 98,000 fugitives since inception. The Pacific Southwest Regional Fugitive Task Force (PSWRFTF) has made an extraordinary impact on the apprehension of the region’s most dangerous and violent fugitives striving to make their communities and citizens safer.
