    Concord, NH – Today's featured "Fugitive of the Week," John Arthur Cathcart, 55 years-of-age, was located sleeping on a porch on Batchelder Street in Laconia, New Hampshire. Mr. Cathcart was being sought on multiple outstanding arrest warrants issued by the Belknap County Superior Court.

    Concord, NH – A November 2018 "Fugitive of the Week," Arthur F. Hackett, Jr., 55 years-of-age, was arrested in Salem (NH) by members of the Salem Police Department this past weekend. Mr. Hackett was being sought on an outstanding arrest warrant for failure to register as a sex offender.

  • Fugitive of the Week Located in Massachusetts Jail

    Concord, NH – Yesterday's featured "Fugitive of the Week," Donald Scott Fraize, Jr., 32 years-of-age, was located in-custody at the Essex County Jail in Massachusetts. Mr. Fraize was being sought on two outstanding arrest warrants. The first was issued by the Rockingham County Superior Court for failing to appear on narcotics charges and two counts of assault.
