    Philadelphia, PA – Members of the U.S. Marshal’s Fugitive Task Force arrested Khadir Blue, 27, for murder and Pennsylvania State Parole Violations, at approximately 1:30 p.m. in Chester Pennsylvania on December 3rd. The arrest was made in relation to an incident which occurred January 4th, 2017, in the 5800 block of Thompson Street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
